Account Executive

Working within a close-knit broking team, you'll support experienced Account Managers and Senior Brokers who bring decades of industry expertise. What will you be doing?

• Provide administrative and operational support to Account Managers and Brokers
• Assist with policy renewals, endorsements and client servicing activities
• Prepare documentation, reports and insurance correspondence
• Liaise with insurers, underwriters and clients regarding policy matters
• Maintain accurate client records and policy information
• Support the team in delivering exceptional customer service outcomes

What do you need?

• Previous experience within insurance broking, underwriting or a related insurance role
• Understanding of general insurance products and processes
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Motivation to learn, develop and build a long-term career in insurance
