Account Executive

What you will be doing:

• Report to the Account Manager and assist in executing the day-to-day project coordination & administration work
• Work closely with the Creative & Art Team and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and with outstanding quality
• Assist in preparing advertising proposals
• Assist in preparing presentations and other supporting materials

What you need for this position:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or other related disciplines

• 2-3 years of solid work experience

• Experience in managing video production, digital marketing and project management is a plus

• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Well-organised and highly responsible

• Immediate available is preferred
