What they need

Handle daily accounting and financial transactions.

Prepare invoices, payments, receipts, and accounting records.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliation.

Assist with payroll and other accounting-related matters.

Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, suppliers, and customers when required.

Ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date.

Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Able to speak and communicate in Mandarin/Chinese

Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organised.

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Relevant accounting experience is an advantage.
