Location: Bahria Town Phase 4, Islamabad
Job Type: Full-time, Onsite
Salary: PKR 70,000 – 150,000 per month + Commission

We are looking for an experiencedSales Account Executive/ Sales Closer to join our onsite sales team in Bahria Town Phase 4, Islamabad.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience
• Proven experience selling services over the phone or through video calls
• Strong experience handling sales calls and closing prospects
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to identify customer needs, handle objections, and close sales
• Comfortable conducting sales conversations with prospective clients
• Target-oriented and able to work in a performance-driven environment
• Previous experience with outbound or inbound sales calls is preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle sales calls with prospective customers
• Conduct sales consultations over phone and video conferencing
• Explain services clearly and professionally
• Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline
• Handle objections and negotiate with potential customers
• Convert qualified prospects into paying clients
• Meet individual and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales activity

Compensation

PKR 70,000 – 150,000/month + Commission, depending on experience and sales performance.

This is an onsite position in Bahria Town Phase 4, Islamabad.
