Account Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the finance and accounts department.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Record receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers/vendors when required.
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial records.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Experience in the automobile/automotive industry is preferred.
• Good knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.

Preferred Skills

• Automobile dealership/workshop accounting experience.
• Knowledge of inventory and spare-parts accounting.
• Experience handling customer and vendor accounts.
• Knowledge of GST reconciliation and statutory compliance.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
