Account Executive

The Accounts Executive maintains accurate books of accounts, reconciles gold, silver, diamond, and gemstone stock with physical counts, handles billing, and ensures statutory compliance such as GST and TDS

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-Accounting: Record daily sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries in Tally or ERP software.
• Inventory & Stock Reconciliation: Track raw materials (gold, platinum, loose diamonds, gemstones) and reconcile system records with physical stock audits.
• Karigar & Job-Work Accounting: Manage and reconcile material issues, receipts, and labor costs for karigars (artisans) or manufacturing units.
• Billing & Invoicing: Generate and verify customer invoices, sales returns, purchase bills, and credit/debit notes.
• Accounts Receivable & Payable: Manage vendor and customer ledgers, monitor outstanding payments, and follow up on dues.
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and cash reconciliations.
• Statutory Compliance: Assist with Goods and Services Tax (GST), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), and audit preparation with CAs. [1]
• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS (Management Information System) and profitability reports
