Account Executive

We have an urgent opening for an Account Executive.

Location: Naroda and Thaltej

Experience: 3 to 7 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, including purchase, sales, receipts, and payments.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare and maintain GST returns, tax filings, and statutory compliance.
• Handle TDS payment and have a clear understanding of TDS return preparation and filing.
• Manage bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations.
• Process invoices, credit notes, and debit notes related to pharma products and distributors.
• Maintain records related to inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and audit support.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers and distributors.
• Prepare and understand pharmaceutical product manufacturing cost sheets and product costing.
• Well-versed in gross costing and manufacturing costing (COGS).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com).

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation.
• Understanding of TDS payment and TDS return filing.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical product manufacturing cost sheets and product costing.
• Well-versed in gross costing and manufacturing costing (COGS).
• Experience with accounting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
• Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information.
