Account Executive

About the role

Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with clients. Understand client briefs, business objectives, and marketing challenges, and translate them into clear project directions. Develop and present creative marketing ideas, campaigns, and KOC / Influencer strategies. Coordinate with internal teams, KOCs, influencers, creators, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with clients
• Understand client briefs, business objectives, and marketing challenges, and translate them into clear project directions
• Develop and present creative marketing ideas, campaigns, and KOC / Influencer strategies
• Coordinate with internal teams, KOCs, influencers, creators, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure campaigns are delivered on time
• Monitor campaign progress and proactively solve issues throughout the project
• Prepare campaign presentations, proposals, quotations, reports, and other client-facing documents
• Keep up with the latest social media trends, online culture, creators, and consumer behavior to bring fresh ideas to clients
• Support post-campaign analysis and identify insights or opportunities for future campaigns

About you

• 1–3 years of experience in Account Executive, Account Management, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good project management and coordination skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time
• Good understanding of social media, KOC / Influencer Marketing, and digital trends
• Creative mindset with the ability to turn insights into interesting ideas
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and a good team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of English is a plus
