Account Executive

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, reconciliations, documentation, and financial reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting entries including purchase, sales, receipts, payments and journal entries.
• Maintain books of accounts, invoices, vouchers and supporting documents.
• Perform bank, vendor and customer reconciliations.
• Manage and track accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
• Support monthly closing and preparation of MIS and financial reports.
• Verify invoices, expenses and payment-related documents.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required accounting records and documents.
• Maintain accurate records using Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Coordinate with internal departments for invoices, approvals and financial documentation.

Qualification & Skills

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Intermediate / candidates with CA Articleship experience / CA-qualified candidates.
• Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant Accounts & Finance experience may apply.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, GST and TDS.
• Working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Good numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication, documentation and coordination skills.
