Work time: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:15pm

Job Description:
Issuing of cheques

Preparing tax invoices

Preparing credit notes

Preparing debit notes

Petty cash

Preparing receipt / outgoing / journal voucher

Preparing “giro application form” from customer and vendor

Preparing bank – remittance application form

Preparing letter of credit application form

Stationery & paper apportionment

Attend to queries from “Department of Statistics”

Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting (LCC Level 3 / equivalent)

Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an added advantage.
