ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

• To handle full set of accounts.
• To update company cash flow statement, check bank balance & bank statement as well as preparing monthly bank reconciliation.
• To produce monthly financial statement including balance sheet and profit and loss accounts.
• Process payments, debit notes and credit notes.
• Liaise with tax agents and auditors when required.
• Ensure tax deadlines are met and proper documentation is maintained E-Invoice compliance.
• Any ad-hoc task assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy or relevant professional qualification.
• At least 2 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Accounting software.
• Experience in Property Management & Property Development will be added advantage.
