Account Executive

Job Purpose

• Support daily accounting operations, month end closing and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records that comply with Singapore regulations and company policies.
• Key liaison for internal departments, auditors, and tax consultants to ensure seamless financial workflows
• Accurate GST and tax submissions, and strong internal control compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support month end and year end closing activities
• Assist with GST submissions and other tax related matters
• Liaise with auditors and tax consultants
• Ensure financial records are accurate and comply with company policies and relevant Singapore regulations.
• Prepare month ly financial reports and costing reports
• Prepare monthly account reconciliation
• Follow established company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with different departments to coordinate finance and accounting matters.
• Perform any ad hoc duties assigned

Requisite Criteria

• Diploma or degree in Accounting or other relevant certificate
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Knowledge of SAP accounting software is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and positive attitude
• Familiarity with relevant accounting regulations and compliance requirements
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred
• Proficiency in use Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Experience in finance function of Multinational Company is preferred

Skills

• Good team player, proactive, committed, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum of supervision from Supervisor.
• Proficient in English language both in writing and oral
