Account Executive

Job Descriptions

• Manage and maintain the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Provide administrative support to the finance and accounting team, including filing, document management, and data entry.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, such as clients and suppliers, to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by the management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or administrative role, preferably in the property development or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and software.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
