What they need
About the role
An Account Executive role handling the full set of accounts and supporting the Finance Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare accounts up to trial balance
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation
- Issue and manage e-invoices through the MyInvois system
- Prepare monthly reports and schedules
- Assist with tax filing and audit work
- Check and review the work of the Account Assistant
- Make sure all records are accurate and on time
About you
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 2–3 years of experience in accounting
- Good knowledge of accounting software and Excel
- Knowledge of Malaysia e-invoice requirements is an advantage
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in English
