Job Title: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting activities, including ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments.

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Prepare monthly financial statements, budget tracking, and variance analysis.

• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.

• Maintain compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.) specific to the location.

• Support in implementing accounting software and process improvements.

Requirements:

• CA Inter or equivalent, with 3+ years of experience in accounting.

• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.

• Knowledge of GST, income tax, and audit procedures.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
