Account Executive

Responsibilities

1. Prepare monthly reports and accounting matters which include general ledger, account payable, account receivable.
2. Perform daily transactions and closing journals.
3. Perform update of sales journals and issue sales invoice.
4. Maintain accounts receivable aging, monthly work with sales personnel to follow up long overdue receivables.
5. Handling payments and treasury matters with particular on cashflow management.
6. Reconcile payment system, accounting system and bank on daily basis.
7. Maintain accounts payables aging.
8. Perform monthly reconciliation, eg. Bank, fixed assets, inventory and other balance sheet items.
9. Investigate reconciling items and prepare schedules and reconciliations to support period close balance sheet positions that supported with adequate documentation.
10. Assist in monthly variance analysis on monthly report.
11. Assist in preparing monthly management report and financial report.

Qualifications

1. Diploma / Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 2 years of working experience in related field.
3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
4. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
5. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Good time management.
