Job Overview

99Graphics Design Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of accounting, Tally, Excel, invoicing, and basic GST/TDS processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records, including sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare and manage invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and ledger management.
• Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate records of customer and vendor transactions.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other accounting/compliance-related work.
• Track outstanding payments and coordinate for timely collection when required.
• Prepare basic MIS and monthly accounting reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Coordinate with management, clients, vendors, auditors, and external accountants when required.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all financial information.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Graduate in B.Com / Accounting / Finance or a related field preferred.
• Good knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, bookkeeping, and reconciliation.
• Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
