Job Responsibilities – Accounts Executive

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure timely posting of accounting entries.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor/customer ledger management.
• Prepare and record sales, purchase, receipt, payment and journal entries.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation on a regular basis.
• Assist in preparation of monthly/annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation of ITC and related documentation.
• Handle TDS compliance, including calculation, payment, reconciliation and preparation of TDS returns.
• Assist in income tax-related workings, reconciliations and documentation.
• Maintain proper records of invoices, vouchers, supporting documents and other financial records.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors and customers for accounting and compliance-related matters.
• Monitor outstanding receivables/payables and follow up for timely settlements.
• Ensure proper compliance with applicable accounting policies, tax laws and statutory requirements.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned by management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
