HIRING JUNIOR/ASSOCIATE – FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: B.Com / Graduation
Preferred Industry: Insurance / CA Firm

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Accounts Payable and supplier accounts.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and clear payments.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and support month-end closure activities.
• Review invoices for applicable TDS/withholding tax implications.
• Book vendor invoices and ensure timely supplier payments.
• Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
• Support and coordinate monthly audit activities.
• Track payment invoices with respective branches.
• Prepare payable reconciliation statements and aging reports.
• Coordinate with partners for payment, TDS and GST reconciliations.
• Handle booking of prepaid expenses and provisions.
• Support day-to-day finance and accounting activities.

Required Skills

• Strong accounting fundamentals and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, INDEX and SUMIF.
• Practical knowledge of TDS and GST.
• Good analytical and reconciliation skills.

English | Hindi | Kannada

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably from the Insurance Industry or CA Firm, will be considered.
