Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Account Executive to manage client accounts, maintain strong client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the relevant internal teams.
• Follow up with clients regarding ongoing work, requirements, approvals, and feedback.
• Maintain regular updates and ensure timely communication.
• Prepare and share reports, updates, and other client-related documents.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Handle client queries and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain proper records of client communication and requirements.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic office tools.
• Ability to manage multiple clients/tasks simultaneously.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable communicating with clients through email, phone, and messaging platforms.
• Prior experience in an Account Executive, Client Servicing, or similar role is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
