Account Executive

Job Purpose

To manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, taxation, billing, and payment transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Manage bank reconciliation and cash transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accounting software.
• Assist in GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with customers and vendors for follow-ups.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
• Maintain petty cash and expense records.
• Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related requirements.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial verification.
• Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and customer receipts.
• Perform other accounting-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
