🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including AR, AP, GL and journal adjustments.
• Issue invoices, E-Invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and other related documents.
• Perform month-end reconciliation for banks, petty cash, AR and AP.
• Assist in audit, tax filing (LHDN & Kastam) and statutory compliance matters.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting and financial records.
• Provide cross-functional support to other departments when required.
• Perform any other related tasks assigned as and when necessary.

✅ Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Able to speak and write fluently in Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, and English
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Responsible, independent, and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
