WE’RE HIRING – ACCOUNTS & ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE

Reform Construction is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Executive to join our team at Changanassery, Kottayam.

Position: Accounts & Administration Executive
Location: Changanassery, Kottayam
Experience: 0–5 years

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records
* Handle Tally Prime entries and bookkeeping
* Manage purchase bills, expenses, cash and bank transactions
* Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers and ledgers
* Assist with GST, TDS and other accounting requirements
* Perform bank reconciliation and basic financial reporting
* Track project-related expenses and purchases
* Maintain proper documentation and records
* Support general office and administrative activities

Requirements
* B.Com / relevant accounting qualification preferred
* 2–5 years of relevant experience
* Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime & MS Excel
* Good understanding of GST & TDS
* Experience in construction / real estate accounting is preferred
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
* Candidates from Changanassery / Kottayam and nearby areas preferred
