Walk‑in Interview – Senior Executive - Accounts

Location: Indore
Job Type: Full‑Time | Work From Office
Experience Needed: 3–5 Years
Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month

We are looking for a senior executive – accounts to take care of our daily accounting work and coordinate with our chartered accountant (CA) and accounting partners.

What You Will Do

• Record daily financial transactions (income, expenses, payments).
• Prepare invoices and bills, and keep payment records.
• Work with our CA for GST, TDS, and other compliance tasks.
• Use Tally software to maintain accounts.
• Do bank reconciliation (matching bank statements with company records).
• Keep track of expenses and update ledgers.
• Create reports in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with vendors and team members for payments and documents.

What We Expect

• 3–5 years of experience in accounts.
• Must have worked with a CA before.
• Must know Tally software well.
• Basic knowledge of accounting, GST, and TDS.
• Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Interview Details

• Time: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Days: Monday to Friday
