Account Executive

Job Summary:

The role will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, generating new business opportunities, achieving sales and GWP targets, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow assigned key accounts.
• Achieve assigned sales and GWP targets .
• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage renewals and support customer retention.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Maintain accurate sales trackers, CRM records, and reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of sales requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field .
• 3–5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, sales, and account management .
• Experience using CRM systems and MS Office .
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Results-oriented with strong business development capabilities.
• IFCE certification is preferred.
• Existing market relationships and a proven ability to generate qualified leads are preferred.
