Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will manage accounts, prepare accurate financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain account payable, account receivable, and general ledger.
Prepare monthly financial statement, reports, and assist with budgeting.
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Process invoices, payments, and monitor collections.
Support audit and tax preparation as required.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, experience with accounting software is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and professional growth opportunities.
