Job Role: Looking for an Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting, banking operations, and loan facility-related activity, extracting data for Auditors

Responsibilities

Accounting, AP/AR, BRS, Month-end closing in Tally
Banking - Fund transfers, CC/OD, BG, Loan documentation
Facility billing - AMC, Security, Housekeeping, MEP, Maintenance
Vendor invoice verification & reconciliation
TDS/GST, CAM/Utility expense tracking
Coordination with Admin and Site team
Assiting in audit

Requirements

4-5 years in Accounts & Banking
Knowledge of loan facility management accounting
Good in Excel & Tally
