Account Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records and support routine accounts operations.

Responsibilities

* Maintain day-to-day accounting records using Tally.

* Record sales, purchase and spares-related accounting entries.

* Prepare invoices and bills.

* Monitor payments and outstanding balances.

* Assist with GST-related accounting activities and documentation.

* Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash records.

* Maintain vendor payment records and payment schedules.

* Coordinate with site, stores and management for accounts-related information.

* Maintain accurate accounting documents and records.

* Support routine accounting, reconciliation and reporting activities.

* Assist with other accounts-related activities as required.

Requirements

* B.Com, M.Com or MBA in Finance preferred.

* 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.

* Good working knowledge of Tally.

* Basic knowledge of GST and MS Excel.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to maintain accurate records and complete accounting tasks on time.
