Account Executive

About the role

Serve as the strategic interface with assigned accounts, driving sales growth, relationship development, and deployment of value added services.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve budget and revenue targets.
• Expand account penetration and strengthen customer relationships.
• Implement WT's value added services to maximize customer impact.
• Develop and execute account strategies with sales management.
• Build relationships across customer functions (purchasing, finance, senior management).
• Identify new opportunities and emerging accounts and monitor client product project progress.
• Negotiate, close business, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Drive sales through prompt, accurate and timely RFQ responses and quotation follow up.
• Manage customer orders and product inventory.
• Act as the interface with all back-end support departments to service customer inquiries.

About you

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field of study.
• Prior knowledge or experience in electronics industry, with knowledge of suppliers and distribution is highly advantageous.
• Strong product/technology knowledge.
• CRM proficiency and workflow management.
• Results oriented, with negotiation and interpersonal skills.
