Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Verify agency and reimbursable bills as per agreements and Bank Book records.
• Supervise the team for daily billing and invoice dispatch activities.
• Verify JNPT/Air Cargo vouchers and ledgers as per agreed rates.
• Prepare monthly reconciliation reports for Detention, PGR, Damage and other operational payments and identify unbilled invoices for billing.
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
• Prepare and verify monthly salary workings within the prescribed timeline.
• Handle working, payment, and return filing for GST, TDS, PF, PT and ESIC.
• Prepare and submit the HDFC CC monthly debtors statement.
• Check and verify Tally data entry for finalization of accounts.
• Conduct PD and ledger account reconciliation.
• Monitor BASF outstanding statements, follow up on outstanding amounts, and raise necessary queries.
• Prepare BASF monthly billing data and Q-meeting reports.
• Perform daily bank reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain Import & Export Registers, including invoice details, and identify unbilled jobs.
• Prepare and process invoices.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely accounting, billing, reconciliation, and statutory compliance.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting, billing and reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with Tally and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, PT and ESIC compliance.
• Experience in P&L preparation and accounts finalization.
• Good understanding of bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation and outstanding follow-up.
• Good team supervision and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet monthly compliance, payroll, billing, and reporting deadlines.

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification preferred.

Preferred Industry Experience

• Experience in CHA, Customs Clearance, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Shipping will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
