Account Executive

We are hiring for Accounts Executive

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 3-6 years

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and finalization of accounts. The candidate should be capable of handling all accounting functions independently and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete accounting activities from journal entries to finalization of accounts
• Manage GST compliance, including GST returns, reconciliation, and assessments.
• Handle TDS calculation, deduction, return filing, and reconciliation
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) &Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Coordinate with internal departments, banks, auditors & government authorities
• Ensure timely statutory compliance and regulatory filings
• Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting.
• Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
• Experience in finalization of accounts and audit support.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and ERP software (SAP/Oracle preferred).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
