Account Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Account Executive to manage daily accounting activities and support financial operations. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, financial record-keeping, invoicing, and reconciliation processes.

Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Avadi, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience Required: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records and accounting entries.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and purchase orders.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with financial reporting.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Assist in month-end and year-end accounting processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding financial transactions and documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all accounting activities.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
