Account Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive Fresher to join our Accounts Finance team. The candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting activities, documentation, billing, reconciliations, and statutory compliance work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.

• Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices.

• Record receipts, payments, expenses, and other accounting entries.

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities.

• Assist in bank and ledger reconciliation.

• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.

• Assist with GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and PT related work.

• Support the preparation of monthly reports and statements.

• Coordinate with internal departments for bills, invoices, and payment-related documents.

• Assist during audits and provide required documents.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.

• Perform other accounts-related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

• Basic understanding of GST and TDS.

• Knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel will be an advantage.

• Good numerical and analytical skills.

• Good attention to detail.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

• Freshers with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.

Education

B.Com/BBA (Finance) / equivalent qualification

Preferred

• Basic knowledge of Tally or any accounting ERP.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel.

• Candidates from a manufacturing, engineering, or similar industry background will be preferred.
