Job Description – Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate records.
• Make Sales and Purchase entries in accounting software.
• Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase bills, receipts and payment entries.
• Maintain monthly bill due / outstanding statements and follow up for pending payments.
• Track customer and vendor outstanding balances.
• Perform bank, cash and ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain proper documentation of accounting transactions.
• Prepare monthly MIS and accounting reports as required.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding billing, payments and accounting-related queries.
• Verify invoices, supporting documents and transaction details before entry.
• Assist in month-end closing and other routine accounting activities.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned accounting work.

MS Excel Skills – Required

Candidate should have strong practical knowledge of MS Excel, including:

• Knowledge of Tally Prime is preferred.
• XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP
• IF / SUMIF / SUMIFS / COUNTIF / COUNTIFS
• Pivot Tables
• Pivot Charts
• Data Sorting & Filtering
• Conditional Formatting
• Data Validation

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
