Account Executive

About the role

The Account Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of client projects, ensuring effective communication between internal teams and clients. This role serves as the operational backbone for campaign coordination—ensuring deliverables are on time, expectations are aligned, and all touchpoints from briefing to reporting run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Strategic Partnerships Manager / Client Growth Manager in managing client accounts and project timelines
• Attend internal and client meetings, taking detailed notes and updating project trackers
• Assist in the preparation of decks, reports, and recap documents
• Coordinate with content, influencer, and design teams to align deliverables and briefs
• Follow up on client feedback, content approvals, and task timelines
• Build trusted relationships with junior client stakeholders and external vendors

About you

• 1–3 years experience in a marketing agency, media company, or client servicing role
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets)
• Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken); Chinese is a bonus
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• A team player who is detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving
