Job Description – Accountant

Position: Accountant
Location: RPS 12th avenue, Faridabad, Haryana
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: required experience of at least 2 years
Salary: 18-25k (based on the interview)
Joining: Immediate / Notice period acceptable

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and books of accounts.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting data entry using accounting software and MS Excel.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and other financial reports.
• Monitor and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist with GST/tax filings, statutory compliance, audits, and related documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain proper records of financial transactions.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding payments, invoices, and other financial matters.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate, updated, and properly maintained.
