About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the organization. The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Tally and accounting processes, along with a good understanding of GST, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial documentation.

The ideal candidate should be responsible, organized, and capable of independently handling routine accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
• Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Assist in GST-related accounting and compliance activities.
• Verify GST details on purchase and sales invoices.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports for management.
• Assist in monthly and yearly closing activities.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and customers when required.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date.
• Identify discrepancies in accounts and take appropriate corrective action.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong practical knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Working knowledge of GST and GST-related accounting.
• Knowledge of invoicing, purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Experience in bank and ledger reconciliation.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage accounting responsibilities.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in B.Com, M.Com, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Candidates must have hands-on experience with Tally / Tally Prime.
• Practical experience in GST and day-to-day accounting will be preferred.
• Candidates must be willing to work on-site in Nashik.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
