Our award-winning, boutique pharmaceutical advertising agency client is seeking an Account Executive to join their growing team. This is an exciting (& UNIQUE) opportunity for someone with a strong academic foundation in the sciences who is interested in breaking into healthcare advertising and medical communications . No prior agency experience is required. If you have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a high-science discipline, strong communication skills, curiosity, and a desire to learn, this could be an excellent opportunity to launch your career in the industry.

What You'll Do

As an Account Executive, you will support the development and execution of healthcare advertising and communications initiatives while working alongside experienced account, creative, and scientific teams.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting day-to-day account and client activities
• Helping coordinate projects, timelines, meetings, and deliverables
• Communicating with internal teams to keep projects moving forward
• Assisting with client presentations, status updates, and meeting preparation
• Supporting the development of healthcare marketing and communications materials
• Reviewing materials for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project requirements
• Conducting research and bringing scientific understanding to client projects
• Building relationships with internal teams, clients, and agency partners
• Learning the fundamentals of healthcare advertising, medical communications, and agency account management

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for an early-career professional with a strong scientific foundation and an interest in the business and creative side of healthcare communications.

Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a high-science discipline such as Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Neuroscience, Pharmacology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• A proactive, collaborative, and curious mindset
• Interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, advertising, or medical communications
• Required for Sr. AE level: 1-3 years of direct agency experience
• Remote but must currently reside in New York or New Jersey or Pennsylvania
