Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure timely and accurate financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage sales and purchase invoices/billing.
• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain proper records.
• Prepare and file GST returns and ensure GST compliance.
• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and returns.
• Maintain ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Perform bank reconciliation and assist with routine accounting activities.
• Verify invoices and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.
• Assist in preparing reports and financial statements as required.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and taxation requirements.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Billing, GST and TDS.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of Tally prime / accounting software.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Eligibility

• Candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Candidates from B.Com / M.Com or Commerce background preferred.
• Practical knowledge of GST, TDS and billing will be an advantage.
