Account Executive

1. Manage & maintain financial records, including accounts payables, receivables, invoices & bank statement

2. Coordinate annual audits

3. Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements

4. Managing Payroll

5. Handling Tax Planning and Compliance

6. Monitoring Cash Flow and Financial Performance:

7. Conducting financial analysis and reconciling bank statements

8. Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as vendors, clients, and auditors

Skills:

• Proficiency in financial software applications (Tally)
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks
• Taxation & Audit Knowledge
• Good Communication skills
• Attention to detail & high level of accuracy
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

Qualification:

• Degree in Commerce (Bcom/Mcom/MBA-Finance)
• 0 to 3 years experience in Core Accounting
• Languages-English, Kannada
