• Computer literate with proficiency in excel

What the job involves

• Key role within the Whitbread Client Services account team
• Responsible for the day-to-day support to the client service team (Creative and Production)
• Support with general admin requirements
• Uploading and maintain the image dam
• Supporting with creative projects with the wider team
• Manage re-touching
• Take on and manage regular reporting for example POD reporting, regular monthly reports, stock reporting
• Manage and maintain the LSM and Ordering tool items on Media Centre
