Account Executive

Day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping in Tally / ERP.

Vendor invoice booking, payment processing, and vendor reconciliation.

Preparing and updating daily payment sheets, trackers, and UTR details.

Bank entries and Bank Reconciliation (BRS).

Recording sales, purchases, receipts, payments, contra, and journal entries.

Managing loans, credit cards, prepaid expenses

Handling credit note/debit note and related accounting entries.

Supporting TDS, GST, and foreign remittance processes.

Maintaining general ledgers and resolving reconciliation differences.

Maintaining proper finance records, documents, and supporting schedules.

Coordinating with vendors, banks, and internal teams for finance-related matters.

Performing other accounting and finance activities as required by management.
