Account Executive

1. Validate vendor invoices, rent payments, utility bills, reimbursement, Trade purchase, Advance payments and other operational expenses.
2. Review supporting documents such as agreements, purchase orders, approvals, work completion certificates, and tax documents.
3. Verify GST, TDS, and statutory compliance before processing payments.
4. Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and approval / DOA matrix.
5. Perform validation of CAPEX, marketing, store opening, maintenance, housekeeping, security, courier, and other vendor-related transactions.
6. Coordinate with business teams, vendors, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
7. Maintain payment validation trackers and ensure timely closure of pending cases.
8. Identify risks, control gaps, duplicate payments, and compliance deviations.
9. Prepare validation observations and management reports.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
