At Comma, an Account Executive is more than a timeline manager. You are the bridge between clients and our creative team. You understand what clients truly need, protect good ideas, and balance client expectations with what the team can deliver.

What You'll Do

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, with a deep understanding of their brand and business needs
• Turn client briefs into clear, actionable direction for the Creative team
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams (Creative, Strategy, Production) to keep everyone aligned
• Own projects from brief to delivery, anticipating issues and solving problems as they arise
• Keep clients and the internal team updated with timely, accurate information
• Track payments and invoices, and report project progress regularly to management

You're a Great Fit If You

• Have at least 2 years of experience in an Account role at a creative, branding, or digital agency
• Communicate confidently in both English and Vietnamese, in writing and in meetings
• Understand creative design and website projects well enough to speak both "client" and "creative"
• Are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
• Are proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
