Account Executive

Qualifications (150k OTE)

Experience

• 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience in the Home Services or selling digital marketing solutions
• Experience managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demos, proposal delivery, negotiation, and closing.
• History of generating and managing an independent pipeline.
• Consistent achievement of revenue targets, including $5K+ monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
• Previous progression from SDR/BDR to Account Executive or closing role preferred.

Industry Knowledge

• Familiarity with one or more Home Services verticals, including:
• Roofing
• Solar
• HVAC
• Plumbing
• Pest Control
• Landscaping
• Familiarity with Legal industry workflows and client acquisition models preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business opportunities within assigned verticals and territories.
• Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and solution presentations for business owners and executive stakeholders.
• Present digital marketing and technology solutions aligned to customer business objectives and performance metrics.
• Maintain CRM accuracy, pipeline activity, forecasting, and account records.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams during onboarding and account transition processes.
