ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

About the role

Manage full set of accounts, including AP, AR and GL. Perform monthly bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. Assist with month-end and year-end closing. Monitor cash flow, expenses and budget controls. Ensure all accounting transactions are accurately recorded. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and relevant authorities. Prepare audit and tax schedules and supporting documents. Assist with inventory accounting and stock reconciliation. Provide financial reports and analysis to support management.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in handling full set of accounts is preferred
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Mandarin language skills will be an added advantage
