About the role

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

We are hiring 2 Account Executives to join our Finance & Accounts team.

POSITION 1: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – CHINESE SPEAKING

• Handle accounting matters related to China customers.

• Required to speak, read and write Chinese.

• Required to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

POSITION 2: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

• Handle general accounting functions and day-to-day accounting operations.

• Required to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

SALARY

Negotiable, depending on experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL).

• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.

• Assist with monthly, quarterly and year-end closing.

• Perform bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring.

• Prepare financial management reports and maintain proper accounting records.

• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.

• Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditors.

• Assist with taxation and statutory compliance matters.

• Check and process company-related claims and supporting documents.

• Maintain proper financial documentation and filing.

• Perform other accounting duties as assigned by Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.

• Degree in Accounting/Finance is an advantage.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.

• Experience in AP, AR, GL and full set of accounts is an added advantage.

• Knowledge of SQL Accounting is an added advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Monday – Friday

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
