Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with 2+ years of experience in accounting and finance operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally Prime, basic accounting concepts, invoice generation, and maintaining books of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle accounting entries and maintain accurate books of accounts.
• Generate and manage invoices, bills, and related documentation.
• Perform basic bookkeeping and ensure records are updated regularly.
• Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries in Tally Prime.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and verification of accounting transactions.
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, and other financial records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Support the finance team with routine accounting and administrative activities.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance operations.
• Good working knowledge of Tally Prime.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting concepts.
• Experience in invoice generation and processing.
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping and maintaining books of accounts.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com or any relevant degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Relevant accounting experience will be preferred.Role & responsibilities
