About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive with prior experience in the Staffing & Recruitment industry. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting processes, statutory compliance, and day-to-day financial operations while working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
* Record and reconcile bank transactions.
* Prepare invoices and maintain client billing records.
* Handle Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR).
* Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
* Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
* Maintain ledgers, vouchers, and financial documentation.
* Support month-end closing and MIS reporting.
* Coordinate with internal teams and auditors whenever required.
* Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial records.

Required Skills

* 4-6years of accounting experience in the Staffing/Recruitment industry.
* Hands-on experience with Tally/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
* Knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, invoicing, and bookkeeping.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills.
* Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred

* Experience working with recruitment consultancies or staffing firms.
* Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
