Account Executive

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounting documents.
• Prepare and review bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and customer account reconciliations.
• Ensure timely filing and compliance of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filings.
• Reconcile GST and TDS records with books of accounts and government portals.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in finalization of accounts and audit activities.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Support management with financial analysis and MIS reporting.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance, and statutory regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
